+CAKE
°1 box yellow cake mix
°1 box 3-ounce box vanilla pudding that is not sugar-free
°4 eggs
°1/2 cup oil
°1 cup milk
°1 can crushed pineapple 16 ounces, undrained
°1 cup of sugar
+ICING
°1 package 8-ounce cream cheese, softened to room temperature
°1/2 cup softened butter at room temperature
°3 cups icing sugar
°1/2 c chop pecans optional
(You can also add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the frosting if you like)
